Return Policy

  1. Return Period: You may return your Oro Bed Frame within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns requested after this period may be subject to restocking fees.

  2. Condition of Product: The bed frame must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Any signs of assembly, use, or damage may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Before returning your bed frame, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the product.

  5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the bed frame, excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees.

  6. Exclusions: Our 5-year material warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover defects resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, or commercial use. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for more information.

5 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions

Oro Bed Frames 5-Year Limited Warranty

 

Oro Bed Frames ("Oro") warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that its bed frames ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to Oro Bed Frames purchased directly from Oro or an authorized Oro retailer.

 

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the Warranty Period. Oro will repair or replace, at its discretion, any Product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, without charge to the Purchaser.

 

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  1. Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly of the Product.

  2. Negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the Product.

  3. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or stains.

  4. Commercial use or use of the Product for purposes other than intended residential use.

 

Claim Procedure:

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

  1. Contact Oro Bed Frames Customer Service at hello@oro-beds.ca within the Warranty Period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt or order number.

  3. Describe the defect and provide supporting documentation, such as photographs.

 

Oro's Obligation:

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Oro will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product, or refund the purchase price. Oro may require the return of the defective Product for inspection.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Oro's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product, as described above. Oro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
