Assembly Guide
Assembling the Oro bedframe without the need for tools is a breeze!
Here are some handy tips to make the process smooth and hassle-free:
-
Organize Parts: Lay out all the bedframe components in an easily accessible area, making sure to keep them organized and within reach. The base pieces there are 4 for the head and foot and two for the center support.
-
Follow Instructions: Carefully read through the assembly instructions provided below. Pay close attention to the order of assembly and any specific guidelines for each step.
-
Secure Slats: Ensure all slats are securely placed in the grooves. Avoid applying excessive pressure when inserting the slats and ensure they are at a right angle when installing. Slats should slide into position with minimal resistance. Some slats may have a slight curve to them and some pressure will be needed to fully insert. Ensure slats evenly slide into the 2 base pieces.
-
Use Gravity: Take advantage of gravity by laying the bedframe components flat on the ground or on a stable surface. This will make it easier to align and connect the parts without the need for additional tools.
-
Check Stability: Periodically check the stability of the bedframe as you assemble it. Wiggle the frame gently to ensure that all connections are secure and there is no wobbling or movement.
-
Double-Check Connections: Once the bedframe is fully assembled, double-check all connections and joints to ensure they are secure. Check that all slats are firmly secured into place. Add a bit of pressure to fully seat the slats. Give the frame a gentle shake to test its stability before placing the mattress on top.

Important Note: Ensure base pieces are oriented as the picture. Offset in the same way to ensure slats fit.

When removing slats, ensure they are evenly removed. Place hands as shown in the picture.

Apply pressure upwards with your hands. Some slats will be inserted firmly to ensure the bed base is locked in and structurally sound.
King Bed Frame Assembly

King Install: Start with 2 Center Pieces, these are the bases ones with more slots.

Align the two base pieces and there should 7 slots overlapping.

Use Slats with 4 Slots and attach as per the picture.

Continue inserting slats, alternating opposite direction towards the center. 7 slats in total.

Head of bed, there are 4 base pieces for head and foot. Use two for the head and offset the bases for 4 grooves to over lap.

**Important, make sure base pieces are offset, one inside and one outside.

Attach the 4 slats as per the picture. If a little tough to insert then lift up on the center ones to allow them to evenly insert.

Bedframe should look like this.

Foot of the bed, overlap the other two base pieces by 5 grooves, 3 will be used right away.

Insert foot bases as per picture, there will be two grooves on each side of the slats.

See picture for reference.

Insert the double slat holes on remaining two grooves on foot of bed.

Foot of bedframe will look like this.

Your bed frame should now look like this.

Take note of the side slat pieces, ones with 2 grooves, when aligning take note.

Use all the slats with 4 grooves in the center of the bed frame, once used up then use the 2 slot grooved ones for side.

Continue inserting the slats.

Please see picture for reference.

Once head portion is complete then start on the foot piece.

This is the finished product. At the bottom of the picture is the foot and top is the head of the bedframe.
Queen Bed Frame Assembly

Queen Install: Start with 2 Center Pieces, these are the bases ones with more slots.

Align the two base pieces and there should 6 slots on each side.

Use Slats with 4 Slots and attach as per the picture.

Continue inserting slats, alternating opposite direction towards the center.

Continue with slats towards center.

There will be 8 slats facing one direction and 7 slats facing the other direction.

With all center slats inserted your bedframe should look like this.

There are 4 Base pieces with less slots. Take two and align as per picture. 2 Grooves on the end.

Ensure base pieces are oriented as per picture. One inside base and one outside base.

Insert the slats into the groove. Start with the center one and work outwards.

If some slats are hard to insert, lift up on the center base and ensure slats go in evenly.

The double slot slats will be a little tough to align as these lock the bedframe into place.

Repeat for head of bed frame. There will be 3 slots not over lapping.

Take note of the base pieces being offset. One outside and one inside. They must match the center and foot.

Insert slats into the grooves. Some may be a little tight but this will ensure your bedframe is locked together.

Once Double slats are locked into place the other slats will install easily. Use all 4 slot slats and use the 2 slot slats for side pieces.

Take note the 2 slot pieces have offset areas. Check orientation as you are installing.

Finish installing the remaining slats into the frame.

Continue installation as per picture.

This is the finished product. At the bottom of the picture is the foot and top is the head of the bedframe.
